In addition to bringing to the US some of the finest and rarest paintings from the Eastern Hemisphere, the gallery organizes various cultural events, engaging the community in an informal educational process. Every year, Olga and Leeza Arkhangelskaya prepare an exciting program of live artist shows, and interactive presentations on Russian art and culture. My husband and I have lived in Naples for over twenty years and when we decided to buy our first piece of original art we anticipated the experience to be intimidating and overwhelming, but it proved to be anything but all thanks to the extremely kind, open, and highly knowledgeable owners Olga and Leeza Arkhangelskaya of East West Fine Art. This elegant yet approachable gallery located within Mercado shopping district is filled with gorgeous pieces displayed with equal beauty from a variety of artists. We left with an oil on canvas painting from the extremely gifted Russian artist Irina Alexandrina. This magnificent piece now hangs in our living room and brings us tremendous joy. We look forward to many more visits to East West Fine Art gallery and adding to our collection.
