My 3-week stay at Quest Mawson Lakes was amazing and the location is perfect. The staffs here are friendly and willing to help when needed. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable as well. Close distance to Woolworths and Romeo's Foodland where you can shop for your daily grocery goods!

Expected More

We stayed for 1 night and will never stay again. To start with the TV didn't work the entire night and with 2 kids it was a long night! We called we called reception and left a message. They never returned our call or followed up with us regarding the issue. There was commotion going on in the next room all night although it wasn't the hotels fault. We checked out early and there was no one at the front desk so we left the key with a staff member who we saw in the bar area. Reception called hours later to ask whether we had checked out. It was a disappointing stay.

Needs a lot of Work

This is an older motel that needs a huge renovation. Average price, not close to anything. the rooms were clean but dated. the owner/Staff were friendly and helpful. Iff staying this side of town would recommend finding a place closer to shops and transport.

Late night arrival and very helpful.

We arrived here very late but the staff gave us clear instructions on not only getting to the place but also picking up our keys. When we got to our cabins I can only say they were superb. Very neat and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It wasn't our original booking but as we had to change I am glad I changed it to here.

Prestbury Bed & Breakfast

A gem of a B&B

Reviewed By RUTHT470

From being met at the door, to when we left after our 3 nights stay, Jacquelin and Ken provided a wonderful comfy stay. Our room was of the highest standard and spotlessly clean, with bottled water in a fridge, tea, coffee, cookies and chocolates provided daily. The bathroom was of equal standard with complimentary toiletries and Egyptian cotton towels. Our breakfasts were so tasty and plentiful. I can highly recommend the salmon and scrambled eggs, also the full English breakfast was enjoyed by us too. They were accompanied together with a large choice of cereals and a huge platter of fruit and yoghurts, tea coffee and fruit juice, which certainly set us up for the day. We will certainly recommend this B&B and hope to return one day.
