A difficult hotel to review
Reviewed By Christine GStayed in this hotel on a cycle touring trip on the Elbe. This hotel is right in the main square in Roundnice. Our room was lovely, big, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good. We ate in the hotel and the food was excellent. For all of these reasons I would have given it an excellent. However the reception staff were awful. We didn't have towels in our room and when I went to asked about this I was advised that they would get them to me 'later'. Fifteen minutes later I returned to reception to again ask about towels and the receptionist eventually phoned someone and found out where to get towels. She was well aware that we had been cycling all day and needed a shower but appeared totally unconcerned about this. For this reason I've had to mark it down, which is a pity as otherwise it is a great wee hotel.

Moc krásné ubytování
Reviewed By Aneta ŠHned jak jsme otevřeli dveře domu, jsme byli naprosto nadšení. Celý dům je krásně čistý, voňavý a stylově zařízený. My jsme byli ubytovaní v nejvyšším patře v pokoji v provensálském stylu, na pokoji je televize, lednička s nabídkou nápojů, klimatizace, fén, k dispozici je wifi. Můžete využít kuchyňku, terasu a také infrasaunu, kterou jsme ale nevyzkoušeli. Ráno nám milá paní hostitelka připravila snídani formou bufetu, kde bylo naprosto všechno, co si k snídani můžete přát. Dům je sice u rušné hlavní silnice, ale nám to v ničem nevadilo. Do centra Roudnice je to cca 15 minut procházkou. Předání klíčů proběhlo pohodlně přes bezpečnostní schránku a za ubytování a nápoje z minibaru jsme platili při odjezdu. Možnost platby hotově nebo kartou.

Reviewed By Horstheinz2Leider gibt es nichts positives zu sagen. Das Hotel ist alt, ungepflegt, unsauber, die Lage zentral, aber laut, Bahnverkehr und Kneipen nebenan. Parken nur auf unsicherer Strasse. Personal uninteressiert. Zimmer klein, unsauber mit vielen Spinnenweben. Ein Bett gab es nicht, dafür zwei durchgesessene Liegen ca. 180x75cm gross. Nichts für Erwachsene! Dazu ein kaputtes Laken und Flecken an den Wänden. Fernseher viel zu klein, nur tschechische Programme. Frühstück: keine Auswahl, je eine Sorte Brot, Marmelade, Käse, Wurst. Kaffekanne leer. Instantkaffee... Alles alles ein Punkt, dafür das Wände, Dach, Wc , Wasser und ein Minifühstück da waren. Mehr nicht. Der Preis ist gering, aber jeder Cent ist zu viel. Hotel ist NICHT zu empfehlen!

Reviewed By Adéla KPrávě jsem se vrátila se svým 8měsíčním synem z tohoto penzionku,který je velice útulný.Měli jsme prostorný a pěkný pokoj-na pokoji dřez,konvice.Nebylo slyšet další ubytované.Přišla jsem si jako bychom tam byli sami.Dole pod penzionkem chutná cukrárna.V penzionu je možnost zaplatit si snídani-slanina,vejce,omeleta,chléb,ovoce a zelenina.Majitelka je velice přijemná a ochotná paní
