Hidden Gem in the Indian Ocean
Reviewed By RustomPWas in Hanimaadhoo a locally populated island for business. Was not expecting much and ready to rough it out as is usually the case in non tourist locations in the Maldives. I was very pleasantly surprised to find this amazing property. Beautifully located and managed, warm hospitality and fabulous facilities. Rooms hold their own when I compare to other five star resorts I have been at. Food was delicious, cooked on site with a extremely impressive range to choose from. I plan to return with my family to enjoy the island as well as the comforts of ViluVeli Holiday Retreat. Special shout out to Weedath for her Hospitality and we hope to see you soon. The other advantage is that the property is located on a Airport Island and that means getting from Male to the Property is very easy and quick.

Great time and Relaxation
Reviewed By Ulysse_GaillardWent to the Maldives for 10 days in January 2020 and stayed at Fanhaa Guest House. The island is really beautiful and local, almost no tourists there as the only resort is far away and people stay there. The beach is only 10min away from the hotel by walk (and its empty so it's entirely possible to wear bikini or swimsuit) and entirely empty. Afsal, who owns the guesthouse, has been wonderful : he's extremely knowledgeable, has great English, and is really attentive and helpful. The meals were pleasant (especially when local) and the entire atmosphere was really calm and relaxing, as there is barely any noise in the island. I recommend this guesthouse if you wish to experience a more local side of the Maldives in a quiet and soothing vibe.

We would like to thank the full team (specially Chef Muthalab) at Cerulean for having allowed us to enjoy such an incredible stay. We want to especially highlight the two service staff Sozib and Parvaz who made our stay so comfortable. What we also liked were the drinking coconuts that were harvested by the hotel itself.
