Exceptional Motel and Restaurant
Reviewed By Christine WWe booked this little motel from the road on our motorcycle trip through the Maritimes. We like simple, clean, close to the highway, walk to dining and parking in front of the room. We were impressed with everything we experienced. The room was loaded with amenities - all organized in a open shelved wall unit - Keurig coffee and tea with fresh cream and milk in the fridge, a microwave, all the kitchenware needed to cook up a simple meal including 2 burner hot plate, inviting tub and shower combo, personal amenities including a razor ... everything was clean and organized. We paid $10 at booking for breakfast included which was quickly prepared, ample, hot and delicious. We also went to the restaurant for dinner. My partner had lasagna which was excellent and I had the fish and chips which was served with lettuce and tomato and hot vegetables - prices were very reasonable. We dined in front of large picture windows overlooking the dam and gorge. It was like a mini Niagara Falls experience without the crowds. We walked down around the dam after dinner to a Visitors Centre and took pictures. The management team of this motel deserves acknowledgement for running such a successful business. Travelers on the road like myself really appreciate such efforts to make people feel comfortable.

The Rodeway Inn is a beautiful property located along the scenic Saint John River Valley. Ideally located close to downtown Grand Falls and its majestic falls and gorge. The property is only 5km from Grand Falls Golf Club and New Brunswick's hidden gem. Restaurant and lounge Pres du Lac is on premises.
Short Stay - Comfortable Sleep
Reviewed By Rick ZThe design of this Inn is very interesting. There are two stories, and the street level rooms have access into the room from 2 sides. One is from outside like a typical motel where you park your car at the door, and the other opens to the inside of the main interior hallway. This allows you to get to reception/dining room etc. without going outside. The rooms are dated but well kept. They were cleaned nicely. Our single "king bed" was very comfortable and had a row of neatly of pillows nicely arranged at the headboard, adding a trendy touch. It seemed the Rodeway Inn was quite busy with crews of local workers so the 5 am breakfast start probably catered to their early morning starts which was nice to see the Inn do that. The hotel price includs a hot buffet style breakfast with a "make your own waffle" cooking machine, juices, yogurts, cereal choices, tea, coffee, muffins, fruit, and various breads for toasting. Thereis no excuse for anyone to walk away from breakfast feeling hungry. We both enjoyed it. The staff we met were all very nice , adding to the comfort of our stay. Thank you Rodeway Inn staff for making our short overnight stay pleasant.

Newly renovated restaurant & rooms.This is a family operated motel with 42 rooms air condition and conference room, breakfast room. Also have weekly and monthly rates on request. Lots of free parking transport, buss,RV and large area to relax or play on the front property. We are situated at the exit 75 & 77 off the highway # 2 1 KM from the exit on the right. From the falls we are 3 KM and the center of the town Grand Falls NB. Reviewed By dianebW9033EOWhere do I start... the room dusty , light in bathroom burnt, no blankets, only a sheet and a bed cover, and when I asked, he said no blankets, and brought me another bed cover and said to put the heat up if I was cold. Air conditioners sounds like a propeller. TV had no sound, and there was no pillow cases, only pillow covers with a zipper. And the worst is the most hard and uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Let’s just say, not coming back here.

Reviewed By JEC179The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, with lots of selection. A two- or three-minute drive to the falls. The bathroom in the Blue Room is a bit odd--the toilet and shower are in a converted cupboard and the sink is in the main room but it works.

Reviewed By GardenladThis B&B is in a great location fro those of us travelling from Ontario to the Maritimes. Our room was very nice, well equipped and had its own balcony for outdoor seating. Breakfast was good with choices available and homemade jam too. It is close to the Main Street to go out for dinner.
