Terrible customer service
Reviewed By SEAfrequent_flierIt only takes one staff member to create a terrible experience. This staff member went by the name Colby. Colby made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe numerous times. I was never once contacted by a manager even after Colby said he’d have one contact me. I have all of our conversations saved via text message and I’m happy to share. I’m actually quite shocked that I was never contacted by the hotel to address any of my concerns or make things right.

Reviewed By ggiann235601We needed a reasonable, centrally located motel for a one night stay and this Travelodge was very adequate. Although it was somewhat dated it was affordable, clean, some aspects had been modernized and the location was very desirable. We would consider staying again.

Reviewed By 518creaWe LOVE this place! Though there are many new faces, the one constant has been the lady in charge. Her name is April and she’s a real busy bee? It’s just good to know that she’s still there running a tight ship because it shows. The rooms are super clean and loaded with a kitchenette (including a big fridge, stove, microwave, etc.) One of the things we REALLY like about it, is that it’s SO calm and peaceful. We’re also always seeing workers wiping down the handrails, washing all the doors and windows. The fact that it’s a block away from a Whole Foods, a block away from a Walmart, shopping areas and Disneyland is nearby as well. The parking area and the premises, in general, is all very well lit. So, no worries about safety there either. The front desk lady Carla is really nice, goes the extra mile to help and we appreciate that; and it’s always great to see the maintenance guy Barry. Thanks April! We don’t know how you manage it all, but we’ve come to appreciate it, appreciate you and now, your new team.

WOW what a pleasant surprise. the young man up front was very congenial and professional. i opened up the door to my room and OMG. it was like brand new. sheets pressed tight, furniture no stains, flooring looked new AND EVERYTHING CLEAN!!!!!! AND WIFI fast with no hassle getting connected. if anyone ever comes here and complains id be shocked or bet it was a lie. DONT HESITATE ON BOOKING THIS PLACE. 100% BETTER IN PERSON THAN THE PICTURES
