本店堅持讓客人喝到安全好喝的茶,所以每一口茶都是經過sgs或台茶檢驗檢驗合格安全無虞的茶,因為老闆本身是茶商亦是茶農,所以對於茶園管理也非常用心,使用對土地最無負擔的耕作方式來採收茶葉,對於茶葉的烘焙更是用心,除了在2015年拉拉山春季比賽茶榮獲特等獎殊榮外,更於2016年拉拉山春季比賽茶得到兩面頭等獎,因為我們堅持每一道手續,為的是讓客人喝到更美味的茶!! 本店對於焙火也特別講究,使用台灣所種植的龍眼樹碳化而成的龍眼炭來焙茶,為的是果樹上的那口芬芳與甘甜,讓喝到的客人有一種享受的喜悅~ 除了炭焙烏龍,我們也提供台灣高山茶如梨山茶,杉林溪茶,拉拉山茶還有日月潭的紅茶等等絕品好茶讓客人選擇!

Apart from Fengjia night market, we also visited the night market here. It was rather crowded and you get plenty of street food, restaurants, shops etc.
