I Found this brewery a few years ago while vacationing in Ocean City Maryland. My husband and I checked it out and have been hooked ever since! Their beer selection is always changing. Burley Oak makes the best sour beers! Recently I was skeptical about trying a coconut mojito, cheesecake, or key lime pie beer, however, they were all AMAZING! So many times beers will claim to have a certain flavor and they don’t, or the flavor is off. Burley Oak has mastered this concept especially when it comes to their sours. The brewery has come along way by adding more seating inside and completely upgrading their outside seating area. They also now offer tacos! If you are ever near Berlin, Maryland I highly recommend making a stop at this brewery! You won’t be disappointed.

We did a wine tasting and then got a glass of wine and a wine slushy. The house is absolutely beautiful and the garden area is so peaceful. We had a chance to talk to the owner, and she was so informative and friendly. We think it’s amazing what she’s done with a property that’s been in her family since the 20’s. We didn’t get a chance to try any food due to having a large breakfast, but the menu looked delicious.

We went here on our trip due to some tropical storm rain, and it was a great time. Casino staff was very friendly and it was very clean. There is a smoking area with slots for smokers and they’re keeping up with all the COVID standards very well. Definitely worth going.
