Two Brewers approach to beer, whisky, gin, liqueur started and remains simple - make the very best possible. The two founders and still owners started when Canadian micro brewing was an infant, and it is now in its army of early adulthood. I believe their commitment to high quality stems from loving a beautiful tasty brew or a fine spirit themselves. It’s passion. Their core beers taste great; I still love Gold - a great lager; and they keep new brewing flavours coming - love birch. I love whisky. Their 24 batch releases so far earned lots of acclaim - multiple gold awards, including best single malt in Canada. Two days ago I bought the second last bottle available of their first single cask, cask strength classic whisky release. Only 300 or so made, so I was super lucky! to buy it. If you enjoy beer, whisky, etc., GO if you are in Whitehorse. Some of their products are also available in BC (in 2019 and 2020 their whisky was included in the much sought after, annual B C liquor stores premium spirits release, along with the highest quality spirits IN THE WORLD - e.g., Macallan, Laphraoig, the best bourbons...) and Alberta and Quebec.
