A cooking class and a voyage in a charming spot on the Right Bank, good company, beautiful atelier, excellent teacher. Class: Tools - you’ll want to buy these handy, inexpensive SE Asian tools after using them. Kitchen management - good practices. Ingredients - an essential cupboard, as well as fresh for the specific lesson. Proportions and why. Experience: Very hands on. Good explanation with lots of humor. Miss Tam is a very generous soul.
