Take the Taino Beach ferry over to the market. A small cost for a quicker trip to Lucaya Marketplace. A cab ride there will take about 10 minutes, where the ferry ride is only 3 min. 5 min. tops.

I traveled on the boat this morning [12th January, 2020] to carry my aunt to her son on Harbour Island and was VERY impressed with the helpfulness of the staff onboard. My aunt, who is an Alzheimer's patient and in a wheelchair, needed assistance on and off the boat.They were very attentive to our needs [helping with luggage, getting her seated and securing her wheelchair] WITHOUT being asked. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Another thing I was Very impressed with was their punctuality. They said they will leave at 8am, and we were pulling away from the dock at 8am. [no holding the boat for a late friend/family member]. Same thing when we left Spanish Wells, ON TIME. I LOVED IT!!!!. I had a very good time traveling with Bahamas Fast Ferries.

1st time using water taxi's (typically rent our own boat) but decided on a couple of last minute trips over to Chat n' Chill during our stay. Great service, always on time (even if we weren't!), comfortable ride...would definitely recommend.

I walked over to the departure dock from the Warwick Resort, Paradise Island, a good inexpensive service to & from downtown Nassau & Paradise Island.. the ferry / taxi runs every half hour in each direction. Friendly operators who help you on & off the Boats.;.on the return a tour guide pointed out some of the places we were passing, homes owned by Charlie Chaplain & Nicholas Cage.. as well as Jerry Jones mega yacht, Bravo Eugenia. A $250 million 365 Yacht. moored for a few days in Nassau.. the taxi goes by the cruise liners moored for a few days.;
