Our room and bathroom were spacious and so neat and clean and we were really comfortable. Reception staff and all the room boys were so polite and attentive and always made sure that all our requests and needs were met. Good food, Great ambience, Good hospitality, Affordable and easily accesible as its located in proper city. If you are looking for a place to stay in Mangalore, this is the place to be!! just go for it..

Worst Management no humanity, they prefer money over humanity
Reviewed By prashant2186One of the worst & 3rd class management i have ever came across. These Hotel management has no humanity at all. They prefer money above humanity. I had a confirmed booking with this hotel for 31st Dec at the end of the November 2021 over Goibibo. Suddenly i got a call on 29th Dec saying your stay is not confirmed. This was ridiculous from these people & they canceled it even without giving me a call. They say Some stupid email they had sent after 20days after booking, but in no email through Goibibo even in app it was showing confirmed till last moment. But to my surprise the room at the same hotel was available at double rate on 31st night. This proves all. When i raised the complaint with Goibibo, they arranged a stay in other hotel in the city. But this Hermit Crab apartment guys took my mental peace for a day. They ca do anything for money. Do not book ur stays here.
