Reviewed By norcalman27Very cozy, clean place. Bar downstairs has good food and a fun atmosphere. Stay here every time when we are in Kostanay. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly, location is convenient to the airport. Highly recommend!

Reviewed By KStiles84We moved to this hotel because the President of Kazakhstan needed the hotel we were staying at. I must say I really didn't want to move to this hotel but after the first night I was glad we did. The hotel is new with large clean rooms and nice bathrooms. There is a restaurant on the third floor which has "OK" food, it could be better. They have an odd ordering system for breakfast - you must order the night before and then hope your order is given to the restaurant. Ours was not on a few occasion. Wifi is good not fast but pretty good. The beds are comfortable and the AC cold. Make sure they can take your credit card before you stay or they'll want cash when you check out. There are five floors with no elevator so you'll get a workout if you're on the upper floors. All in all the best hotel in Rudnyy!

Из минусов- лестница(и не одна) без пандуса- с чемоданом тяжело подыматься, завтрак- скромно и не вкусно- главный минус отеля. Плюсы: отличная уборка, не просто 5, а скорее 6, в номере чайник со всем для чая и водичка, все принадлежности и даже тапочки пополняют ежедневно, в номере халаты, полотенца меняют ежедневно. Отель стоит своих денег, но при бронировании через букинг цена дороже, чем если просто в отели забронировать и оплатить. Рекомендую

Reviewed By olgagQ8002MFВообщем, жить можно, если закрыть глаза на то, что с тобой живут мыши или душ не работает, или унитаз пропускает. Гостиница не расчитана на проживание более чем на 5 дней - комнаты заканчиваются. Мы с друзьями занимали два номера, приехали на 10 дней. В начале жили в полулюксе (ламинат не прилегает к друг другу, душ проржавевший, розетки где попало, но не там , где нужны). У нас были мыши, которые тебя не стеснялись, когда ты сидел на унитазе или бегали по тебе, когда ты спал. Администратор поверила только тогда, когда мы принесли в пакете мышь, которая забралась в ведро и не смогла выбраться. Переехали в люкс - за это с нас хотели доплату, но не на тех нарвались. В последний день нужно было перехать в простой номер, т. к. люкс был на этот день забронирован. Там тёк унитаз. У друзей за два дня до выезда потёк душ, перехали в другой полулюкс, на следующий день пришлось в простой номер переехать, т. к. полулюкс забронирован был для других бедолаг. Завтрак был всегда сосиски и яйца, хотя было известно, что мы не один день проживать будем. По настаянию одной администратара, нам один раз сварили манную кашу. Есть конечно и плюсы: Номер люкс, расположение гостиницы, администратор казашка (забыла её имя), за предоставленные неудобства нам вернули 2000 Теньге - курам на смех.

Terrible place with no rules, no discipline and no respect to customers. Masks are not used by the personnel
Reviewed By GsoonlyThe renovation was in progress, and we where not noted about that: right in the living area, on the first floor there was a terrible noise, even the dust was not taken care of, I ordered two lux rooms, both was with terrible smell, including smoking. No lift / elevator is available- getting on the third floor with bags is not a good experience. Offering a lagage service is not common for that hotel, Personal was not wearing masks. Even the receptionist was wearing it only covering the mouth: not respect for rules at all My room was on the 3rd floor with terrible noisy floor. It was like I found myself at the old house in the forest somewhere in 1790… Air conditioners was not working and I had to ask a remote. It took quite I while to bring it. Terrible hotel , I had to leave it. Room planing looks like it was made by a person, who had to find a way how to spoil the space at max. No logic, not comfortable and not functional I must mention the lobby: the lobby is good. But this is it.
