Salamanca (Spanish pronunciation: [salaˈmaŋka]) is a province of western Spain, in the western part of the autonomous community of Castile and León (Castilla y León). It is bordered by the provinces of Zamora, Valladolid, Ávila, and Cáceres; it is bordered on the west by Portugal. It has an area of 12,349 km ² and in 2014 had a population of 342,459 people. Inside and out , this museum is beautiful ! Superb location with an extensive collection of all things Art Deco and art nouveau. While the furniture was of particular interest to me, the museum also has a beautiful collection of period glassware and jewelry. There is a gift shop, of course, and a small cafe.
