it is to see such a nice little gem of a culture we know so little of , the history of the temple in the middle of texas is very excited to have , at first it seem a little erie , because it was so foreign to me i felt like i was in a asian country and than i had to remind myself I'm in texas, funny, but the experience i had was wonderful since i know i probably won't travel to asia and time soon, i enjoy very much and FYI the monks have to build the temple and also it is a buddhist thai neighborhood

We walked through here to go to the Stockyard Museum. It's a beautiful building that still houses offices for various businesses. When we were there, there was a cattle auction going on that was being taped for RFDTV. We were able to go in and watch part of it, which was pretty neat. If you walk out of the back door of the building, you can see the longhorns in their pens. There's also an observation deck you can walk up to get a good view of them.

My cousin got married here in April and it was such a lovely service. This historic Catholic church has the most beautiful architecture and lovely stained glass windows. There was plenty of room to social distance as they had every other pew roped off for safety.

If you are there on a weekday, go inside to look up towards the top of the dome, see the small museum inside, and look at the courthouse replica made with matches. While there are many beautiful Texas courthouses, this one is one of the most impressive in terms of size and details.
