Bodegas Duron

Bodegas Durón is a traditional château among vineyards located in Roa (Burgos), within the D.O. Ribera del Duero, founded in 1989 and nestled in an environment of great historical wealth and a long winemaking tradition. It is located next to an old medieval town whose findings have been transferred to the Junta de Castilla y León. The Grupo Solar de Samaniego was one of the first wineries in La Rioja to bet on the D.O. Ribera del Duero, where he began to select vineyards in the late 1970s. Bodegas Durón was born with the aim of making long-aging red wines. With the firm conviction that the quality of the fruit is the essential starting point for great wines, he grows his own grapes, thereby achieving greater control in the production process.
