Aquaboggan Water Park

We were really impressed by the overall cleanliness of the park, including the bathrooms, which is where these places normally come unstuck. Even though it was a weekend, so it very busy, nothing felt overly crowded and there was plenty of seating, sunny and shaded (lounge chairs, picnic tables, etc). The best part was that we never had to wait too long in a line so they could repeat our favorite slides over and over. The entire staff was so friendly and attentive. When we were in the deep end of the wave pool, I felt more at ease knowing there were several lifeguards around, as we were with someone who was a very weak swimmer.

Palace Playland

The only beach front amusement park in New England. Lots of fun rides and food for the whole family.

So much fun! Great small park right on the beach that packs a big punch, from rides to arcade games, it manages to keep its old world charm while keeping it fresh for kids from the families that come during the day to the older kids at night with new rides (and a new rollercoaster). Such a great atmosphere where everyone can share a laugh and a smile. Great story too of a family run business with local roots.
