We let the company know we would be on a cruise. They did not send us the meeting place before we left but provided a phone contact number. Upon arrival at Cadiz we found the number had been disconnected. We had help from two other tour operators that were very kind but also unable to contact our tour company. We wandered around for quite some time looking for anyone with a sign or our group to no avail, the tour was missed. When I requested a refund, my request was denied. They said other people were able to find them and they were not responsible for the inaccurate contact information. My error; I should have read some of the other reviews before booking!! Lesson learned, read reviews!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Booked a paddle surf class. The “teacher” was late, clueless, rude and reckless. The manager of the place was even worse... The wetsuits were dirty and sandy (clearly not disinfected, in the middle of the pandemic), NO safety vest was offered, and the “class” was completely pointless. The teacher, clearly inexperienced in paddle surf, keep us at the river the entire time (even though we mentioned multiple times we had experience), yelled at us when we tried to get to the sea and then claim that getting anywhere near the sea was for experts only. The manager (Santiago) later called us to our personal phone (clear GDPR breach, you can’t use personal data like you want) and blamed us for the entire situation and then also claimed that we would need “insurance” if we wanted to get near the waves. Like, so we just did the entire thing without insurance? Is there a special “wave insurance”?? Ridiculous argument. Of course they still charged us the full amount. Outrageous. AVOID AT ALL COST. After another call to our personal phone from Mr Santiago (he clearly does not understand GDPR or the Ley de protection de datos) we were given a refund by the staff at reception (while Santiago silently listened on the background, so much for ownership) The receptionist also confirmed that the students that I´m representing, were not given the insurance papers to sign. So they were not cover by any insurance for the entire activity. She apologised, Santiago did not. Again, avoid this place. I will be reporting this business to the local authorities.
