While touring the ancient cities of Priene, Miletus and Didyma, we also visited the vliiage of Doganbey. Not only the beautiful view to the Maeandros Delta, but also the well preserved old village with its typical houses and paved, narrow roads is enchanting. The village is just on the border to the Davutlar National Park. It's definitely worthwile to include it in your plans, if you visit the area

Stopped here in the way to soke bazaar, its a very clean modern outlet centre. Found that not alot of the staff in shops spoke good English making it difficult to ask questions. Prices are a little on expensive side but nothing compared to UK. There are some nice bits to be bought and definitely worth a visit, it is only small so a couple hours is more than enough. Coffee is nice

The Oleatrium museum is situated in the very interesting place surrounded by Mountains and green hills. Also there is a nice park with lake and local flora and fauna good for visiting and have some Promenade too. The museum has a very interesting collection of all historical things connected with olive oil preparing and also a bit collection of vine producing technology. They collected a huge number of original antique amphoras 2,5 thousand years old, all in different style and size from very small for perfume oil to the enormous big ones from Rome, Byzantium, Greece and others countries.

Dating back to 1404, this mosque, adjacent religious school and baths (hamam) have been recently renovated (the renovation received the EU's Europa Nostra Awards in 2012). As it's almost inside the Milet ruins, once you visit Milet, you should not miss the chance to visit this place as well. Especially the altar in the mosque is very impressive, bearing the architectural style of the 15th century Islam.
