Bone Spirits Distillery

This place is not much bigger than a large garage so you see the entire distilling process pretty easily. More importantly the staff are super friendly and obviously knowledgeable. It's a vey personalized experience. More importantly, or just as important, the distilling results are darn good. I have to say I'm not a big vodka fan but this vodka was by far the smoothest I've ever tasted (even in comparison to that famous Texas vodka brand). Their other spirits were also good. I particularly enjoyed the aged gin and the aquavit.

Beautiful park just wish they had more to do for kids. They have decent camping spaces, ground is very rocky so if you bring more than one tent be prepared. Restrooms are nice and well stocked. Only problem we had was roaches! Omg I have never seen so many roaches at a camp ground. We had to shake everything out prior to leaving because they managed to get into our food box and everything else. We will definitely visit again but only in the cooler months when those critters aren't active.

Some might see this as a boring thing or not worth the drive, but i think it's really fun! Very cute photo op. It was worth it for me. Plus, there are other things to do as well! Love it!
