A railway museum located on the shores of Lake Alexandrina in the heart of Milang. A family friendly venue full of interactive displays including a full size diesel locomotive driving simulator. Adjacent community craft shop, Devonshire Teas and other light refreshments. Open at weekends from noon to 4pm. Free train rides are available on every Sunday during school holidays and the last Sunday of the month at other times.

We stumbled upon this place while out exploring. It is extremely well set out with lots of interactive things to do. The volunteer who showed us around was very knowledgeable and passionate which made our time very enjoyable. If you’re in the area it’s a great place to stop for an interesting experience.
