Mutonia Sculpture Park

My American wife and I were quite impressed to come across this amazing and imaginative outback artistic design park. Take a minute or ten, put on your fly net and dust off your camera. Its simple in a very complex way and if you drive past a venue of this magnitude without stopping, you will probably kick yourself. So go on, stop and enjoy the sculpture park like no other.

A fantastic collection of Tom Kruse memorabilia - some of which need time to read and absorb. Even if you had never known Tom you will be impressed by his life stories/

Camel Sundial

Reviewed By 993anitat - Forster, Australia

By the early 1890's Marree was strongly influenced by the Afghans and their camel routes who traversed north from the railhead here and today you can still see tributes to that period. There are the remains of a traditional Afghan mosque as well as the lovely camel sundial. We took a look at the sundial and it actually works. How cool!

Wabma Kadarbu Mound Spring Conservation Park

Reviewed By Trimley11 - Felixstowe, United Kingdom

The rest of the land is generally very flat and then there are these mounds with bubbling water forming pools well above ground level. There are some fish that live in these pools. We didn't see them but a lady we met said she saw one in The Bubbler.
