Definitely worth a visit if you are in Roche-sur-Yon and like chocolate. A smallish museum with good informative displays on the history of chocolate. All information panels are translated into English, and there is opportunity to taste 4 different types of chocolate in the museum....MoreThank you very much for your visit and comment, we are happy you had a nice time and enjoyed the tastings. Beautiful building and stunning interior. Well worth a look at if you are in the area. The kids will enjoy seeing the moveable animals in the park across the way.

This at first appears to be yet another old building, not particularly prepossesing, rather remote and with few external features of great attraction. However, inside it has a mystic quality of great peace and refection. The best way to experience it is at one of the Concerts arranged by Friends of Grammont who provide a warm welcome to a small concert area where you can enjoy a wide variety of musical experiences at a very modest price. We have enjoyed quartets from colleges of music; groups inspired by birdsong; guitar virtuosos; violin soloists and an outdoor dnce troupe with laser shows on the walls of the priory. All is simple and informal as befits this quiet, inspirational place.

Accès gratuit à ce musée qui propose une exposition temporaire des toiles d'Isabel Duperray. Beaucoup de couleurs dans cette exposition mais également des peintures sur papier journal qui ont attirées plus particulièrement mon attention
