Been wanting to come here since many years ago and finally I got there. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, didn't realise that it was gonna be that cold.. brrr... My friend and I was depending on Waze to get around the area. We never been there and drove ourself. You don't need to buy mask since it's not that smelly. Try the bridge when you get there. Bring jacket and umbrella, often rain there. Don't forget to take plenty pictures ok.. have fun..

Situ Patenggang or Patenggang Lake is a beautiful smallish lake located nearby Kawah Putih in the rolling hills of Ciwidey. The lake offers boats rides around the lake and there are lots of stalls where you can buy a meal, snack or hot drink as well as souvenir items. Some stores are also selling fruit and vegetables.
Before reaching Patenggang Lake you will pass through tea plantations along a narrow winding road where you can stop and take some nice pictures.
The weather at Patenggang Lake is often cloudy and it often rains, but if you are lucky you can get days with lovely blue skies, especially after the rainy season has passed.

It's on the way from Bandung to on the way to Kawah Putih. We stopped for an hour to walk around and enjoy the mountain air. Very peaceful and tranquil. Travel on the weekend can be congested so during Ramadan is better. There are some very good restaurants on the way there. Also bought some very good Wallini tea from the plantation outlet/shop

Initially I am somewhat sanctioned with this place, but after arriving at this place, the atmosphere where family and place to relax killing tired work directly greet you and family, for coffee and cigarette lovers, this place seemed like a world paradise, cold atmosphere, villages, Forests and resorts, very beautiful.
