Attended several concerts here and while the venue is dated and full of nostalgia, it’s always neat to see that they really did a nice job in upkeep. Seats are comfortable and the Speak Easy restaurant and var upstairs is a wonderful treat. A must visit.

We are a family of four with two teen boys and we've now done all of the escape rooms at this location. These escape rooms have both puzzles, but they stand out for the decor and the props in each of the rooms. I'm assuming one of the creators had some set-design experience prior to the rooms creation. Most of the rooms are multi-room, and each has some unique puzzles that go with the theme. Our favorite was Dragon Slayer. Great set-design and automation. Overall, this location has very few locks and more puzzles that are incorporated into the overall design. This is a fun experience overall. In general there are less compound puzzles which makes this good for newer escape room attendees. I don't like horror based escape rooms, and I was not scared during these rooms even though the themes have lots of fantasy in them. Staff was nice and kept things moving well. If you are new to escape rooms, it's like a 3D puzzle, with many different types of puzzles. Definitely tell your gamemaster that it is your first game. That will help them tailor the clues. The game master will also sometimes offer nudges if you don't know what to do next or are going in the wrong direction. So if you like mysteries, cross-word puzzles, Sudoku, riddles, word games, etc.. these are for you. The first part of any escape room is usually a seek-n-find. Communication while you are in the room is very, very, very important. Sometimes letting your team members know that you found a place for a key just to find out they found a key (for example). Make sure to look at the escape rates of the rooms and pick a higher escape rate room for your first one. Again, the game masters will usually accommodate if you let them know ahead of time. Happy gaming!! A great activity for families with teens.
