Art Deco sculptures that are on the side of the dam. These are bronze and very large winged angels I would say and beautifully done. Got to park and walk to them to get a good view.

This is pretty much just a pull out off the free way on your way to Hoover Dam or Lake Mead. But it's a nice place to stretch your legs, check out a map, and take in a stunning view of Lake Mead. There are no amenities except some shade, benches, and trash cans, but I'm glad I stumbled upon it.
