Lots of mountain bikers, but they're animal friendly. Watch out for trash left from campers/hikers (keep a garbage bag handy!) A bit hilly in spots and pop up streams can make for dicey "hop overs" but a nice option in town for a quick hike.

My wife and I have been here to hike twice and unwind. What a great place. Many options for terrain, routes, and distance. If you need a place to visit for some exercise or just piece and tranquility this is it.

The course is beautiful and the fairways and greens are manicured. Dave and Tom are friendly and if you don’t make a tee time they will get you in relatively easy. I recommend this highly and the blue tees will definitely give you a challenge on the par 5, 7th hole. I always have a great relaxing time, regardless of how I play.

Nine hole course, mostly par-3's with one par-4 where you need to hit over a pond. Lengths of par 3's range from 90 to 190 yards. Staff keeps the course in good shape. Some greens are tricky. All staff including club pro Greg are very friendly and accommodating. They occasionally host special events. I've always been able to get off without any problem, although you can reserve a tee time by calling them. Great value for 9 holes.
