Comfortable Guesthouse and Bosnian hospitality
Reviewed By Robert OThe Guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area just under 2 km from downtown (only 1 km from the bus station). They have a very large and pleasant living room with balconies. Most rooms have balconies as well and are comfortable. A hard and high pillow was immediately replaced by a better one. WiFi was good most of the time (also in the rooms). The shared bathroom is spacious. Shower, bath, lavabo and toilet functioned well. The shared kitchen is small, but well equipped with a well organized fridge. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil are available (included in the price). The guesthouse is run by a Bosnian couple with little children. They go out of their way to make you feel at ease. Remarkable this fine combination of business and genuine hospitality it really made me enjoy my stay (five days). At the time of my visit is was extremely hot in Tuzla 37 to even 40 Celsius. The living room was cool enough most of the time, but the room upstairs without balcony was pretty hot.

Pleasant and comfortable
Reviewed By Robert ORoom with a balcony in quiet setting. Hot shower, WiFi, kitchenfacility all worked well. The place was kept very clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Staff was friendly and eager to support. Location is close to the bus station 1 km away. The distance to the center of town is just under 2 km (walkable). Tourist info is available. Eventually it proved not possible to extend my stay. I was told at very short notice I should check-out, though the evening before I was told it was possible to stay. Attention coffee addicts! On arrival there was no coffee, though a supermarket nearby was still open (so problem solved). Not related to the Guesthouse. There is a public bus service from Dubrave Gornje at 1 km distance from the airport. However, this service is not very frequent in the evening. Taxi price from Dubrave Gornje to Tuzla is 7.5€. The Guesthouse service is a welcome option, especially if you have luggage and want to avoid dealing with the taxi driver crowd at the airport.
