Other notable destinations in North Arizona include Flagstaff set alongside the San Francisco Peaks which has the largest ponderosa pine forest, Museum of Northern Arizona, and is close to a number of national parks and monuments. Experience the Tucson art scene by checking out varied and vibrant murals. See about 35 of the finest. They are spread out and often tucked away, so a guided bike ride is the best way to do it. See an amazing variety of murals: glossy new to old faded, small hidden gems to huge massive neighborhood identifiers, serious subjects to funny stuff, and from realistic to the surreal. Learn details about the various murals as you take pictures or get a better look. The tour is approximately 8½ miles on flat terrain. Ride through a variety of neighborhoods too: bustling downtown, peaceful Dunbar Spring, art focused Armory Park, quirky 4th Avenue, and colorful Barrio Viejo.

I am so happy we booked last minute! Lori Ann took us through parts of Pheonix we would have never seen, nor appreciated, on our own. She is well researched, and we heard great stories, learned history, appreciated landmark buildings and neighborhoods. She even purchased a couple of Mexican delicacies for us to sample on the way. And we bumped into a local historian, too! They love their city for good reason. We mostly rode through parking lots and wide sidewalks, so we felt very safe.

I booked my tour while visiting my Father in AZ. I had such a great day with my tour Guide Todd. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and the history. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable day. I have a huge interest in American Indian history and wanted to see the Indian dwellings that I have read about. They were everything and more than I expected. I so enjoyed walking through these amazing rock dewlings that these amazing people lived in over 900+ years ago, and are still here. The views were awe-inspiring and humbling. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
