The Kitchen at The Store

Reviewed By poprocksforbreakfast - Monkton, United States

What a great way to spend a Saturday evening! We learned not only the recipes, but also a lot of the chemical and nutritional information underlying them, all while casually enjoying a glass of wine and having someone else clean up the dishes. Pretty much the perfect meal! Chef Arianna is extremely fun and knowledgeable, and she does a great job of not only teaching and instructing, but also of entertaining and being a great host. Can't wait to come back and see you again!

Spencer and Karen run a unique space that combines a glass blowing studio/school, a sublime yoga studio and an rental sleeping loft all in the heart of the Mad River Valley and minutes from Sugarbush and Mad River Ski Resorts. The rental space is delightful and spacious with your own private entry and bathroom. It is clean and well maintained and the hosts are absolutely fantastic and responsive to whatever needs you might have. I didn't get a chance to participate in the glass blowing school, but the studio is located in stand alone barn and works by Spencer are available for purchase. The yoga studio and Karen's teaching are fantastic. The space is warm and inviting and perfect for medatative and well led yoga classes. The studio is literally located across from gorgeous Warren falls and abuts National Forest land making it a great summer destination as well. You should have no worries renting their space or partaking in their offerings.
