Old-school, but decent
Reviewed By chomskey_on_the_roxA trip down memory lane for those who used to stay in Soviet-style vacation resorts. Pros: good location, not too far from the lake, short walk to the center of Tleń. Green surroundings. VERY good breakfasts! Very comfy beds (though check my note below). Free wi-fi. Cons: you can hear virtually everything that happens in corridors and balconies next to you (with the windows closed, however, the room was pretty quiet). You may want a room further from the entrance, as there seemed to be some disco at night. As the hotel is also a rehabilitation center/spa, get used to plenty of noisy children. Rooms are pretty basic and I'd recommend some makeover, but they are fine for one or two nights. We had a double room but we had only one chair (no balcony chairs) and one glass. Not sure: whether there is a refrigerator, how good the spa is (though PLN 35 for a sauna session sounds pretty expensive), how good are extra meals (I heard they were good and judging by breakfasts I think it is safe to assume they are). You might ask for a discount for a canoe or a boat.

Reviewed By abacusismonkWe visited the hotel for a one night when travelling to the other part of Poland. The ladies at the reception are very helpful and kind. The rooms are pretty comfortable, with big screen, but only with polish tv stations. Unfortunately the rooms are very cold at night which is really bad when coming back from the swimming pool. Everything looks nice and clean but in my option a bit overpriced. At the bar you can find prices like in some hotels from the capital cities.

Przystanek Tlen is run by a couple of travellers who, after a two-year journey around the world, decided to settle down in the Tuchola Forest. It is the reason why the atmosphere of the guesthouse refers to the far travels while we promote active leisure near nature. Our place is a restored building from 1902 situated by the Wda River in direct neighbourhood to the Tuchola Forest National Park and the Wda Landscape Park.

Reviewed By Sightsee16986810349Exceleent starters ie. blood sousage. Very good fish - pikę perch - custom style. Good dumplings. Fish soup - nothing special, I have eaten better and more interesting.Nice service. Noisy road spoils the cullinary experience . I recomended.

Reviewed By Katarzyna ZWyłącznie dla koneserów spartańskich warunków. Przy temperaturach rzędu 15 stopni w dzień i około 0 w nocy właścicielka nie ogrzewała domu. Byliśmy z małym dzieckiem i na zakończenie pobytu (przed terminem) usłyszeliśmy, że z małymi dziećmi to się siedzi w domu (sic!).
