Reviewed By Guilherme SI had an average quality stay, probably you won't find nothing better in Suzano though. The breakfast was good but the rooms are too simple and they don't keep the fridge with supplies, and The AC was so loud that I preferred to feel cold than handle that noise.

Over the years the company has evolved and now under the name of Magic City, since 1996, had as main objective for recreation and entertainment for the whole building family. It is not an easily accessible place, it is far from my home, the journey was quite long. However, the arrival was smooth, we were well attended even though there were a lot of people on the day who would like to enjoy their vacation. The park is fun, lots of cool water attractions for kids as well as adults. However, there is very little choice regarding food. Finally, the ride was pleasant for me and my family, I was satisfied even though I didn't like crowds so much, we were able to enjoy the day.

Já tinha avisando por e-mail e por telefone que chegaríamos no hotel por volta da 00h00 pois estaríamos nos hospedando lá por conta de um evento de família. Chegamos no hotel fara fazer o check-in e recepcionista que estava lá no período da noite foi uma das pessoas mais mau educadas que já conheci na vida. Nos tratou mau o tempo todo, com respostas ignorantes e mau olhava em nossa cara para responder as dúvidas que tínhamos. Sabe aquelas pessoas que trabalham de mau humor, e que estão ali muitas vezes tomando lugar de outras que realmente querem trabalhar? Pois é, assim é essa moça. Na recepção tem um informativo falando o horário em que é servido o cafe, que no dia em que chegamos estava especificando CAFÉ DA AMANHÃ DAS 05H30 ÀS 09H30. Quando saímos do quarto as 09h15 para tomar o café, o mesmo já tinha sido retirado. E como questionei a outra funcionária que estava de plantão na recepção aquele dia, ela falou que era até as 09h, e foi lá em baixo e rasurou a caneta o horário que estava anotado e que nós já tínhamos visto na noite anterior. Achei tudo isso de uma falta total de cordialidade, e profissionalismo. Enfim, nunca mais volto a este lugar e muito menos indicaria para ninguém. Os quartos até eram bons, pelo custo beneficio, mas por conta daquela "pessoa" que nos atendeu tão mal, o hotel cai no meu conceito. Atendimento ao publico exige cordialidade, e acima de tudo EDUCAÇÃO E RESPEITO com as pessoas.
