Reviewed By gomezamyPretty decent hotel. Nice rooms, very clean. Be aware of the 19% tax if you book your stay through a foreign website and you're a Colombian citizen. This tax is charged in top of what you pay when you book your hotel room on line. You have to pay this tax when you check in or out. This tax is NOT applicable to foreign citizens. You just show your passport where the Colombian immigration stamp is and you won't have to pay this tax. If they insist you do have to pay this tax then ask for the invoice 'FACTURA' This is an official document where the name of the hotel and its Tax ID number is shown (NIT, in Colombian terms) it also should include your name, the dates of your state, and the amount specifying its is the IVA (19% sales tax) There is NO ELEVATOR. It's a three story building. The restaurant is pretty good. They don't have enough options when it comes to wine though. Before you order or negotiate something that is not specified on the menu ask for the price up front. I found the hotel a little bit expensive for what it is given the fact that La Ceja doesn't have anything interesting to see. However, if you have to visit La Ceja for business reasons then this is a good option. Need to get around? Ask for Ana María at the front desk. She can take you to the airport or any place in the region. She is fair and fun and knows her ways around. She is not associated with the hotel but she is known by the employees. I highly recommend her.

It located throughout the main part of the town park eyebrow dairy farm in eastern Antioquia . Just 44 kilometers (40 minutes) from the city of Medellin and 20 km (30 minutes) from the Jose Maria Cordoba International Airport. We have 42 comfortable rooms , equipped with signal cable TV , minibar , wi - fi , hot showers and comfortable bathtubs , restaurant , pizzeria bar, coffee.
Noisy hotel, taxes scam?
Reviewed By Oliver OHotel next to main plaza and close to many restaurants in town. About 40mins drive from the MDE airport. Stayed there for one night. At checkin the somehow rude receptionist charged us the 19% tax, which we know of, tourists don't need to pay in Colombia if you stay less than si months in the country. Still she said that it was the hotel policy to charge everyone this tax. We payed for the first time during our three week stay the 19% tax in a hotel. We booked through booking.com which gave us a cheaper price than the official hotel rates. Still this woman kept on arguing, that our booked price was wrong... Finally after paying the booked price plus taxes we got to our room. Room was tiny with window to an inner courtyard of about 1 sqm. Toilet small, clean bed ok, clean Very noisy, you could hear the neighbours TV, people talking or walking in the corridor, the doorbell of the entrance, etc., not really a place to rest Breakfast good, you get your breakie in the restaurant next door, which I guess has nothing to do with the hotel. No parking but you can park close to a garage which will charge you about 2 USD for the night until 0900 next morning, ok. Hotel good just for a one-night stopover. Wouldn't go back
