Fantastic family holiday base
Reviewed By GoPlaces16865765714I’m in two minds about posting this as I feel like we’ve stumbled on a bit of a hidden gem and want to be able to rebook! We were looking for a base in the area to visit some of the local theme parks and stumbled across this. Being big Center Parcs fans, and finding out it was an ex-Center parcs site we thought we’d give it a try. The accommodation is very recognisably Center Parcs in style - albeit less homely than in the UK. But perfectly clean, spacious and with everything you need for a short break (minus a toaster!). There is an on site laundrette - take note CP, this would be useful in the UK! The site is a lot smaller than any of the UK CP sites, but provides a different experience because of that. We went in May half term which isn’t a holiday on the continent and the pool was never crowded and brilliant for younger kids. We used the pizza restaurant which was delicious and so easy to order on the app. The self service restaurant is open all day and great to grab a snack or drink from. Ice cream was amazing and so cheap. Again, the whole plaza had a very “mini-CP” feel to it. Staff were brilliant and friendly. The shop was well stocked and had amazing fresh bakery products - cinnamon rolls were incredible! We didn’t spend that much time on site in the day times as we were visiting theme parks. Efteling is the closest just over 40 mins away and a perfect family theme park. Access to the car park in and out is easy as like CP, you park your car away from your villa. All in all, we can’t wait to return. We just hope everyone doesn’t find out!

Reviewed By StreetYoThis hotel is amazing. The lodges are spacious, well equipped and very calm. This is the perfect venue in the area whether you are travelling for business or even for a family stay, as each lodge is big enough to acccomodate a family of 4 with 2 large beds, a big table, a perfect kitchen and enough space for everyone. I just wish I came here in summer to enjoy the breakfast on the terrace...
