Reviewed By I6643XCmarievThis place is even more beatiful then on the pictures. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We would have loved to stay a little bit longer even though we had to adjust to the 'hectical' mexican lifestyle. You can have breakfast. It would be easier if it was included. Perfect hotel to go from there to isla holbox, a must see in yucatan.

Reviewed By Alex PUn excelente lugar, hecho para descansar. Aunque está a las afueras de Chiquila, el lugar es mágico. Apto para descansar. La atención de los dueños es excelente, siempre fueron atentos. Apto para personas que quieren buscar una opción para descansar. Sin temor a equivocarme, volvería a elegir está opción ante una en la isla Holbox.

boutique hotel has a total of 14 rooms. located approximately 100 meter from the Holbox Ferry and directly adjacent to the ADO bus station. Nice simple decorations, clean rooms and helpful friendly staff.

Reviewed By 911JonathanMuy buen hotel, muy tranquilo, la señora que nos atendió es amable, incluso nos dió la información del lugar como por ejemplo de los autobuses, que no estaba el señor que los vendía, el único detalle que le veo es que tardaba muchísimo en llenarse la caja del agua del excusado, pienso yo que tenía alguna fuga, y no había agua caliente, pero en escencia el hospedaje es bueno si vas llegando y ya no quieres o puedes tomar el ferry a Holbox o el día de tu regreso a Cancún o playa del Carmen es muy temprano, es relativamente economico a diferencia del hospedaje en Holbox, cerca venden alimentos a buen precio.

No shampoo or shower gel, booked full board on booking but host didn't see it on their reservation
Reviewed By Olenka1980Fortunately the host gave us some food as we were prepared to eat only there as booked (had to first go shopping :)) Good place for one night stay before taking ferry to Holbox. As refund for the trouble with food - we were not charged for leaving our car for the time on Holbox. The host was nice and friendly.

No check in o recepcionista queria me cobrar U$20,00 a mais do que minha reserva feita pelo Hoteis.com, com muito custo ligou para alguém e tive que pagar um pouco a mais para pode entrar. Quando olhei tinham dois escorpiões pretos mortos no chão atrás de mim. O quarto cheirava mofo. No dia seguinte o gerente ou dono (não sei dizer) me devolveu o que paguei a mais e disse que tinha me dado um quarto com upgrade (Wi-Fi e Tv) como recompensa pelo o que passei, só que ele se esqueceu que no ato da reserva pelo aplicativo temos todos os detalhes do estabelecimento e do quarto.
