The Tactile Arts building was constructed after Cyclone Tracy as a way to bring people together again and rebuild community. We continue to bring the people of Darwin together in a way that is harmonious and creative. As part of this, we host workshops, exhibitions, craft fairs and artist in residence programs. We also have a Retail Shop located at Parliament house, which showcases the work of our members, offering some of the finest handmade craft in the NT.
