Alaska is divided into five regions: far north, interior, southwest, south central, and inside passage. Although it takes a long time to see the entire state, you can travel through the regions by boat, car, bus, or plane. Hike through the mountains, or venture out on a deep sea fishing or whale watching excursion. Get in touch with nature by camping in the wilderness, or experience your preferred degree of class and luxury in the beautiful, active cities of Anchorage and Fairbanks.

Our tour included a comfortable bus ride to the summit ending in a border crossing to the Yukon. The Driver/tour guide was a awesome young fellow who clearly enjoyed his job and made sure everybody enjoyed this part of the trip. The train took us back to Skagway and we had a different but equally awesome views of the beautiful scenery and the narration was very informative. Definitely a must do and the city of Skagway is a very nice city to visit.

Amazing! Bryan is so awesome at this brewery tour stuff. This was my husband’s 1st and my 2nd tour with Big Swig and we could not be more pleased with our day. Bryan started things off right by communicating (by text) several days before to let us know the plan for lunch and for pick up. Picked us up at our hotel and took us to the train station. The train ride was fantastic... food, scenery, drinks! Bryan was waiting at the station like he was anxious to see us... not waiting in the van. Four different breweries, four fun experiences. We all had our favs but all were great in their own right. Dropped off back at our hotel with huge smiles on our faces. One last note... Bryan was super knowledgeable about beer, breweries and Alaska itself. Can’t wait to do it again!

Settle into the Big Swig tour van and meet the rest of your tour friends as Bryan takes you to your first destination. Along the way, Bryan will fill you in on the latest Brewery news and happenings. He is an integral part of the tour and you never lose sight of him. You'll meet the brewer at each site and they will take you through their brew process. I should note that you'll be tasting beers along the way. You'll get an opportunity to taste the beer styles you like or dabble in a few new styles. I've taken a lot of tours in my time and this is by the THE BEST! Next time I'm in Anchorage, I'll be in contact with Big Swig for another exciting tour.
