From the booking process to returning the vehicle, we had excellent service from Titus, Richard and the team. Titus answered all of our pre-booking questions in very good time and met us at Entebbe airport as arranged at 04.00 with the vehicle which was clean and as described. We had a 2 door RAV4 which was highly capable and handled some of the toughest terrain across the whole of Uganda. For 9 days, it did not skip a beat as we covered more than 2,200km. It might look like the Barbie Mobile but handled like the best offroaders. We returned the vehicle to Kampala where we were met by Richard at our apartment, making the handover process really simple. Check-in was also very easy and there were no problems at all. We had read other reviews detailing the excellent support offered but, thankfully, did not need any assistance ourselves. Titus contacted us a couple of times to check that everything was in order and to arrange the final collection, once we returned to Kampala. We also asked Titus to collect our gorilla and chimp permits which he did, handing them to us with the vehicle. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend YourDriveUganda. Thank you, Titus and Richard.
