Kevin is one of the most instrumental and organized travel consultants, translators, and business associates I've come across in my travels to Asia. He went above and beyond and helped us secure meetings with producers in each region easily. He is full of great ideas, and is available to help outside of this experience when we need his assistance. Each day we were on time to all of our destinations and expectations were clearly laid out with each host. Thank you Kevin - we will look forward to our trip with you next year in Taiwan / China. Our itinerary was followed and recommended by Holigoes Travel. All their drivers were very warm & friendly and recommended local restaurants. They also extended their time a bit just to be able to show us a few more scenic spots. They were all excellent drivers who could drive despite the unexpected occasional heavy snowfall. We had a 2-day tour with an English-speaking Japanese female driver, Ms. Rumi . She was very helpful and warm . Driver Mr. Sakai also went off the beaten path in Otaru and brought us to the top of a mountain with a beautiful view and a ski resort where my kids enjoyed playing in the snow. Driver Mr. Itoh was also very helpful and patiently waited for us while we did a bit of unplanned shopping after our delicious lunch in the Asahikawa Ramen Village. Our Hokkaido Christmas vacation was one of our best holiday break because of the wonderful service of Holigoes Travel. Reading the reviews we were a bit reluctant to book this tour. But it turned out to be a great day! The scenery is amazing and Josephine adequately led the group from one place to another. If you like to spend a lot of time in one place, than this is not the tour for you because you don't get an awful lot of time at the different spots. But if you're looking for a tour in which you want to see many things in one day, then we would definitely recommend it. Josephine was very friendly and was willing to explain a lot. Everything was perfectly organized and the lunch was amazing.

We hired David around 6 months before our trip and made many changes to the places we wanted to go. He was very flexible with the changes and came up with a concise route to travel around Taiwan. However our trip clashed with the Covid-19 case and we were worried to travel to Taiwan. David reassured us that it is safe for us to travel to Taiwan and told us that he even had a few tourist he guided a week ago. Hence we decided to go to Taiwan! David is paasionate, responsible and always punctual. He would also go the extra mile to buy my family fruits in the morning and also provide us with umbrellas when it was raining. Furthermore, David is extremely knowledgable! Along the road he would always provide us with detailed information about places and even trees and flowers!! On top of that, he also knows many good photo-taking spots and help my family take photos. He is well connected with the people at different parts of Taiwan too. David would also recommend us food places that we MUST try which ARE really good!! He is also very humorous so that we wouldnt be bored throughout the whole trip. He ensured that everyone in my family had fun and felt the warmth and passion of the Taiwanese, of which we really did!! Overall, my family really enjoyed our trip with David definitely would contact him again if we are back in Taiwan!! Highly recommend !!
