We were met at our hotel by our guide for the day and he was waiting for us as we arrived at the front of the hotel. The car and driver were good - the traffic was busy as it was rush hour and there is a lot of roadworks to build a new bridge between North and South Goa. Some places of interest were pointed out an route and the stops we made were interesting. We enjoyed the day, including lunch at the Spice Farm where we had a buffet including fish, chicken and vegetable curries. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. An enjoyable experience.

If you want to experience the tranquility of Munnar away from the usual tourist attractions I would highly recommend this activity. It’s a 3 hour trek which starts at 8/9 am in the morning. You will experience various landscapes during the trek - tree plantation, forests, hills. Anyone with average fitness levels can attempt this activity (barring few steep inclines, the rest was akin to a normal walk). Our guide - Ravindra uncle was extremely knowledgeable with the terrain. The company provides you with water, fruits and biscuits during the trek. There are two break points and give you amazing view of Munnar from the peak. Special thanks to the company for accommodating us for a morning trek as we booked them pretty late at 10pm the previous night.

The best part about a trip is the people and experiences that you carry with you as memories , the half day sightseeing tour to watch sunrise at top station was one such trip. I went on a recent trip on 10th March’21 , Manoj the proprietor did the booking hassle free, arranged his best driver and guide for us. To reach the sunrise point requires a 25 min trek through unexplored places and is adventure and fun for any nature loving person. Many thanks to Manoj and his driver Suresh for a wonderful trip , full of memories. Highly recommended trip in Munnar.
