Well I just returned from my trip to Gilli Trawangan ... Organization is good except small lies about timing .. But it’s extremely expensive .. Just please visit an Instagram page jump to bali .. many offices offers exactly ‘’ same trip details and luxury level with 900000 per person ( around 80 $ ) .. Privat boat, accompanied bu snorkeling guide bla bla .. all same .. Unfortunately I booked that tour just because I decided to go late at night . I don’t have an objection about tour but Value of money doesn’t worth’s 375$ !

We had one day to visit Gili islands to snorkel. It was a busy though thoroughly enjoyable day. We were picked up from our hotel at 6.30am, driven in a private car to the harbour about 90 mins away, escorted onto a 'fast boat' with others to the Gili Islands, picked up by Reza (our snorkelling guide), taken to another harbour 5 min away, and then taken on our own boat for private snorkelling trip that lasted about 3 and a half hours that covered all the snorkelling spots in the three Gili Islands. We then were escorted back to our hotel similarly and got back to the hotel at about 6.30pm. Hady co-ordinated the day tour and kept in touch all day by WhatsApp to ensure that we were at the right place at the right time. Reza (our snorkelling guide) was great - he took underwater photographs and videos which were sent to me via google drive the next day - he helped my wife when needed - speaks good English - is very pleasant - and gave us the most amazing snorkelling experience - including a swim with a sea turtle! A couple of tips - better to sit upstairs in the fast boat otherwise its quite hot, be prepared for a short scooter ride if you start from Lombok rather than Gili T

Two trips completed, one more already booked and hopefully lots more to still book! IntroTravel is my go-to way to travel. Not only does it take away all of the complexities of finding great accommodation and booking transport but they even give you a detailed guide of what to pack, best types of bag to use and what jabs/visa you need to think about beforehand. Having done the Vietnam and Bali trips I can say that I genuinely loved both of them. Not only are there a great mix of people you meet in the group, you also have the BEST guides - shout out to Adele (Bali) and Nathan (Vietnam) for both being brilliant!! Not only were the tour guides the mum/dad of the group making sure you don’t miss the coach/train/ferry but they have also both became good friends of mine now even 1yr+ after each trip. The accommodation is great, the food is fantastic, the experiences you have will stay with you forever. But it really is the tour guides that take these trips from being great to truly amazing! I can’t wait to visit Japan next April! ADELE YOU ARE AMAZING! Thank you for making this trip even better than expected!

An excellent couple of weeks with a great group of people lead by Candice who was really easy to get along with and got involved with the group well. The activities were well balanced and showcased the beauty and culture of Bali. The trip had very interesting activities such as dolphin viewing and the mountain trek which lead to some amazing views which definitely meant it was worth the early start to see the sunrise. I think overall, it was the best experience I’ve had with a tour group and the scheduling of the tour was varied which kept everyone interesting and the tour leader, Candice, was very approachable and made a lot off effort with the group to ensure there was a good mix of people getting along and no one was excluded.

We had a good experience seawalkimg with this team. They had a nice 1 for 1 promo running and the experience was definitely worth the money. The instructer is professional and gives full personal attention. He also took time clicking underwater pictures for us which will live with us as fond memories. We would recommend this place to others who are interested in seawalkimg experience.
