A full day trip to Albania from Corfu. We will visit the archaeological of Butrint- designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage site in 1997. Over the centuries, the ancient town had disappeared under layers of silt and vegetation - but archaeologists have uncovered one of the best remains of a working town in the Mediterranean. Later we will visit the town of Saranda, opposite of Corfu . About 21:00 we will return in Corfu.

It was amazing day just for 25 euros per person. Captain Spyros took us from Agios Gordios and drived us to Gouvia by his car telling nice stories about villages we passed. The boat was big and nice and Spyros was the best part of it. He was joking, singins, dancing, talking to everyone and making food. The food was very tasty, and free coffe, biscuits and free wine all the day. The three places we stopped were very nice especially this wild beahh near the lake.

Visited these guy’s shop whilst just passing by chance. Decided to book one of their trips to the waterfall and to see the canyon as had a day to kill. I’ve done a fair few of these trips but Spiro and Randi really tried their best to tailor to our needs. We basically didn’t want to be out for a whole day trip so they cut it back to around 4 hours which was enough to cram in the highlights. Good English were really knowledgeable about the area and history

History buff hubby and I booked a custom tour. Our guide was amazing. She stuck through us making long videos, hiking, long drives and rain. She was so interested in history and really helped with information for his history videos. We went to gjorkastra, Antigonea and the thermal baths all in one day. With my husband's love for history this probably needed two days. However our guide was always enthusiastic and a real trooper. The driver drove flawlessly though heavy rain and dark. Not to mention lunch/dinner at a local spot was fantastic. I'd highly recommend the guides are fun and professional. This is the second time we've used this company. Rando was a great driver, tour guide, restaurant guide, photographer, mentor. He went beyond on helping me find my luggage that was in the airport in Italy. He was by far the best tour leader/driver I’ve ever experienced in my travels over 57 countries. I was a little skeptical to travel during the pandemic but I’m so glad I did because everything went smoothly. I have already recommended Rando and Good Albania to several of my friends. I hope one day to return to Albania. Thank you Good Albania for the amazing memories!

Booked the tour last minute with Aria Travel and it was a great experience. My guide Gavi is very knowledgeable about the history and communicated it well. We started out early and had a little break at Belsh. I got to try the mountain tea. After the short break, we continued to Berat. It was lovely to see the Castle, the modern town, the Gori bridge and go up to houses to see how they were built in stacks. He recommended having lunch in Hotel Mangalemi. Good recommendation. The food was good and ok for the price. We left Berat and got to Apollonia before Sunset. He also presented the history of the Apollonia ruins and the church located inside. We left just at sunset. I definitely enjoyed the experience and went further to book more tours with Aria Travels.

It should be noted that the thermal springs are not hot springs. I was surprised when I felt the cool water. Also, the algae has made footing extremely slippery so be careful.

I didn't have any expectations regarding Krujë, but the national museum Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu inside the castle felt very epic and turned out to be one my favorite ones so far in Albania. It amazes me how knowledgeable Andi is about everything you ask him, even specific details! We adjusted the itinerary a little bit on my request, which is always convenient if you're running out of time.
