An unmissable estancia experience! As a total beginner at horse riding, Ana and her team made us feel right at ease and helped us progress with confidence. The views on the horse trekking were beautiful, we saw vultures, day owls and other wildlife. And all at the estancia keep you well fed throughout the day. A must do activity when in Buenos Aires !

Its a beautiful place with a wide river (Paraná River) and a famous bridge over it, that is called "The Mercosur Gate", because connect Bs. As. with Entre Ríos, Corrientes and Misiones (from Argentina) and then you can cross to Brazil. And I live only 5 minutes from it!!!

Se trata de una típica parroquia de pueblo. Muy bien cuidada. Pero lo más intesante es que tiene la particularidad de que la virgen se encuentra recostada detrás del altar. No se si eso se puede ver en alguna otra iglesia del país.

Polo Day

Reviewed By Rike R

Always when I am in Buenos Aires I go to "El Cardo Polo Club". I spend the day playing polo, relaxing at the pool, exploring the nice farm and having a real good asado.
The special thing about this place is, that for me it the real Argentina. A rural, rustic and natural place - no special tourist attraction. I also very much like that the people customize the program just for you. Because it is somehow an insider tip they have no standardized program, what I find quite exhilarating. Also important to mention is that they speak a very good english.

Buenos Aires Horse Riding

Just one hour away from the city. Spend a day horseback riding and a barbecue with us! We are well known horse specialists in Argentina. We host riders from all over the world. But above all, we are horse lovers. 4 hours ride in a small group and a friendly atmosphere.

Tatiana and Eduardo were very friendly and great hosts for the day. They speak English and Spanish and were easy to communicate with over email. They gave us directions for an easy bus ride from Buenos Aires to Zarate and then picked us up from the bus. They live in a beautiful part of the country and have horses on their property. We started our day by getting to know the horses on a shorter ride with Eduardo, and then coming back to the house for a delicious asado which Tatiana prepared. She served several different cuts of meat on the grill, choripán, potatoes, salads, red wine, and desert. Then we went back out with the horses and rode through the ecological reserve which was beautiful. We were a group of three girls with two novice riders and one advanced and it was great for all levels because everyone was able to get themselves situated and comfortable with their horse in the morning. In the afternoon we had the freedom to canter or gallop when we wanted but could also walk if we preferred. Eduardo was very flexible to going at the pace we wanted. When we returned to the house after several hours of riding Tatiana served an amazing lemon tart and coffee. They have two very cute twin boys who we kicked around a soccer ball with after riding. At the end they drove us back to the bus station. We loved our day seeing the country and riding horses (with the bonus of tasty, typical Argentine food) - this was one of the highlights of my trip in Argentina!

This was a great trip. We fished from 6am until 1pm and decided we had enough it was very hot the day of our trip. We landed about 10 fish and it was not easy as Dorado are difficult to snag on the hook. The captain and mate were wonderful and took care of all our needs don’t hesitate if you enjoy fishing. Just for information, we charged 1/2 the trip to a company in the U.S.A with a credit card and paid the other half in cash at the conclusion of the trip.
