Amazing place...... It is an experience beyond words ..... Wonder why we keep epitomising the 2/3 monuments that everyone knows and miss out the precious jewels of our proud History .... This is a 9 th century Jain/ Hindu temple carved on side of a rock face and overlooking the beautiful Valley .... A must see..... Highly recommended ..... Car goes right up-to the temple ...... Just a km detour from the highway ...... Enjoy

These caves are situated on roadside...a separate road reaches udaigiri...8 kms from sanchi. Udayagiri caves , under the ASI now , are better cared for
