Had fun the park, but was very crowded , the games were attractive and fun, unfortunately, there was unpleasant smell in the surroundings, the locker room smelled very bad and was mixed , there was no separate locker rooms for the women, the washrooms were not clean, hope they consider the remarks .
Its recommended to avoid it in public holidays and weekends .

Ajman Museum

The entry to the museum and fort should be free. I’m sure the emirate is rich enough to maintain this delightful piece of history and allow visitors to enjoy it for free. The authentic fortress is now surrounded by glass-and-steel skyscrapers, which makes is even more interesting. Not to be missed when in Ajman or Sharjah.

Overseeing the old city and the port creek, the mud fort with rounded towers and tall walls house the small museum of the little Emirate of Umm Al-Quwain. The exhibits are just reflecting the local history and culture, especially the artifacts from the nearby archaeological site of Al-Dur.

A small but very well preserved museum. It is well maintained and gives a small glimpse into the history of arabs in UAQ in olden times. Just next to this museum there is archeological museum also free of entry. It is an artifact display contains historical coins, pottery even a skeleton etc and is really interesting.

Umm Al Qwain Open Beach

Reviewed By flowerMalta - Malta

We went to Umm Al Quwain as part of a day trip organized by us. The first beach we saw in Umm Al Quwain was next to the old town. It was full of litter and plastic and we did not even stop by. Good thing we decided to head to Umm Al Quwain Hotel next to the harbour for a coffee. The beach next to it was just amazing- perfect. There is a rugged hut restaurant (I think it's called Kite Beach) with a mini zip line, swings for kids, and the beach there is amazing. Would definitely return. They have decent coffees and shakes and I'm sure I saw them serving food.

Ajman Fish Market

Reviewed By MosseTurku - Turku, Finland

As you're in UAE and most probably enjoying fish for food at some stage, you should visit this market to see how your food is brought ashore. This market is run by the fishermen themselves so the fish is as fresh as it can be. There's a lot of fish stands selling more or less the same fruits of the sea. It's no problem although you don't know what to do with the fish. There's a big stand with tens of persons that prepare your fish in the format you want. Note that there's different lines form women and men. Then you can take the prepared fish and outside the fish market you'll find several places where they cook or grill your fish. Overall an incredible place.

Abandoned Ilyushin IL 76

Reviewed By Maluza86 - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Just an abandoned IL-76 airplane...however the backstory is shrouded in mystery so worth a look if you are in the general vicinity or passing through Umm Al Quwain. Who knows, if enough people review this attraction, the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain may actually make it an official tourist attraction site, refurbish it and people will come. No different than some of the other quirky sites people visit...HQ and the car museum in Abu Dhabi, etc. This could easily become a 5-star attraction.
A little history from a google search of abandoned airplane Umm Al Quwain...
"How did this plane finally end up abandoned in Umm Al Quwain? According to the book 'Merchant of Death: Money, Guns, Planes, and the Man Who Makes War Possible', the book by Doug Farah on International Arm's Dealer Viktor Bout’s life: “In one celebrated case, his operation boldly spirited away a decrepit Ilyushin plane that had been consigned for use as a Soviet war monument. Former Russian aviation official Valery Spurnov recounted a tale of Bout offering one of his pilots $20,000 to fly a shuddering wreck out to a desert landing in the Emirates, where it was promptly turned into a highway-side billboard.”
The airfield at Umm Al Quwain closed down around five years ago. In 2012 Viktor Bout was sentenced to 25 years in prison, Charles Taylor was sentenced to 50 years in prison. Now the Ilyushin Il-76 cargo plane slowly rots in the sun, a fading reminder of the arms dealer once referred to as “the merchant of death”.
