Ulu Watu Beach

Small beach in the middle of two cliffs, walk down the steps into this intimate sandy swimming spot. Not much sun as the cliffs block most of the sky, but the water is so warm that it doesn't matter unless you are tanning. Huge waves made for great water play but watch out for a very strong undertow which threatened to drag me out. Not a lot of space so i imagine it gets crowded. We had the luxury of a reduced volume of people due to the volcano. Tons of fun then head up to enjoy the sunset at one of the many cliff-side establishments.

Thomas Beach

Actually the real "Padang Padang" beach, where the tourists go is actually Labuan Sait beach, it is a long way down, but worth it, go for lunch at Ari's place the most left little warung, just below their home stay perched on the cliff, best fried calamari ever in Bali, I liked the fish curry, it is super simple but gives you a cool Robinson like feel, more development seems to come so go while its empty...

Omnia Bali Day Club

Incredible view, great customer service fantastic prices..!! It felt odd having to pay on arrival, however, once you stepped inside, were waited on hand and foot, saw the view and felt the vibe you understood the logic.
You can actually spend the entire deposit, as opposed to other venues near by.. were the deposit included a sneaky entrance fee. This one does not...!! Big plus.
The prices were so reasonable, the selections excellent, the music was great..!!
This was a really wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle in a classy, ambienty amazing and awesome venue.
We arrived early, if not right on 11.00 am.. I will be back. I loved it.
I'm now going to investigate the accommodation as the actual building looked architecturally amazing..! I'm dying to see inside...
Short of saying I loved it, there's not much higher accolade.

Individual treatments and signature sequences are performed by highly trained therapists, to suit each guest’s needs and mood. The extensive treatment menu pays tribute to Indonesia’s Spice Islands. At Anantara, the greatest stories are felt, not told. Treat yourself!

We're not staying at the resort, but wanted some TLC after having travelled to Bali from the UK. Anantara Spa provided the perfect retreat. The resort and spa themselves are stunning buildings, with the spa being an idyllic Balinese haven, with coy pools, flowers and heavenly smells in every direction. We had the Anantara Signature Massage in the Couples Room and it was a fabulous experience. I won't give everything away because it will spoil the treat! But I definitely recommend the massage and the spa as a whole.

I could not be happier with the awesome people at infinite wave surf school. They were the only place I found that did multiple lesson deals meaning I could do five lessons over three days rather than committing to a week course or forking our for multiple individual lessons. Mac was super friendly and helpful explaining all my options and finding what would best suit me and my instructors T and Deadend were perfect at explaining everything and pushing me to improve over the course. I can surf now and it’s all down to these guys. Thank you so much!!!

Qi Holistic Spa

Incredible relaxing and healing Massage & Acupuncture

Reviewed By MilaCanggu - Bali, Indonesia

This Spa is opened by my all time favorite master of massage, Joko who has trained the massage teams of some of the best spas in Bali. In this simple lovely location in Uluwatu you can come and have a wonderful massage from one of his students for a fraction of the price. If you book ahead you can also have an accupuncture session with his brother Toto who is also super talented and wonderful.
I admit I am biased but after 16+ years in Bali as a true connoisseur of massage and I'm thrilled to see that after a day on some of my favorite Beaches I can pop in and have an incredible massage. Life just go a little sweeter!!

The Spa at The edge

Clinging to the rock face of a stunning sea cliff, The Spa defies convention and gravity. Designed to fuse with its surroundings, The Spa skims above the azure blue sea. With liquid floors, wall-less rooms and sensuous curves, its lightness of being seduces and liberates the senses. The Spa’s innovative design may break new ground, but its soul is as old as Bali itself.

My fiancé and I enjoyed two signature massages at the Spa here at the Edge & it was phenomenal. I highly recommend it. The fact that you're getting massaged in a mini infinity pool overlooking the ocean is breathtaking. I've never seen anything like it. Plus the massage was so relaxing!
