Champagne Balloon flights over beautiful Pennsylvania countryside. A fantastic experience, a great way to celebrate a special occasion, and a unique gift.

My 2 daughters shared this amazing experience with me to celebrate my birthday. The sunset flight over the countryside was absolutely breathtaking!
The team members crewing our flight were professional, warm, friendly and delightful. The entire process was fascinating to watch. Owner and pilot, Vince’s impeccable expertise and attention to weather conditions and safety was admirable, and conversation was fun and enlightening.
Peaceful and serene to the max!
Tres magnifique! La vie est tellement bonne !

Looking for a good haunted attraction, look no further. Pennhurst provides a fun scare that is enjoyable for young and old. While it won't scare you to death, you might get some good creepy thrills. I went with my mom, son and his friend (teens) and we had a blast. What sets this apart from other attractions is the location. Taking place on the eerie grounds of Pennhurst definitely helps set the mood. I also went opening night (which I must say was not as good but that is to be expected when the cast is new. I am happy to say that they fixed their problems and now provide an entertaining experience). Go and enjoy!

Phildelphia Premium Outlets

I am not a shopping freak but when I am at my sister’s place in USA, I am a different beast. And when I am at Limerick Mall (Philadelphia Premium Outlets), then my excitement knows no bounds. After a very unsuccessful outing in Finland at IdeaPark where I returned empty handed, I was determined to make amends. And the mouth-watering discounts at almost all outlets made my tasks all that easy. And I returned after a gap of 3 years with a larger budget.
My target purchase items were simple – some shoes and clothes for kids, purses, wallets, watches, makeup items, adult shoes, shirts and trousers among other things.
The place offered a comprehensive set of outlets for each of the needs. For shoes, there were Nike, Fila, Adidas, Clarks, and many more. For purses, there was Coach, Michael Kors, Fossil and more. For clothes, we had lot of options including Van Huesen and Tommy. For kids clothing, there was Justice.
With about 150 stores and year-long sale, it is must visit place for top notch quality at quite competitive prices.

We went into the store to see what they had to offer and for almost $20, I got about a half pound of candy. I'm not sure if they make the candy there or not but I just thought it was too much. Even the rack of cards were expensive.

Upper Schuylkill Valley Park

I took my daughter here for the first time for the "By the light of the Moon" event listed in the Montgomery County calendar of events. This is a little gem in Montgomery County. The event was quite a bit of fun. They have a number of animals and birds, which range from common farm animals to wolves, deer, hawks, owls, amphibians, reptiles, etc. The staff are very knowledgeable about the animals and it is evident that have close bonds with them as well.

This is a great place for the family to visit for a couple hours and would absolutely be great for little kids. The park is just big enough that it will keep the little ones from loosing interest and getting too cranky.

I would recommend visiting the park with the kids as it's close, family friendly and affordable.

I did not know that this was open to the public, but it is! A comfortable pub setting that you can be completely casual in. The cheese plate appetizer is huge and features a fantastic variety of fine cheeses, olives, assorted fruit, honey, and sliced almonds. Salads are big as well, so if you are getting one, you might want it just for an entrée. I got a filet mignon, which was delicious and tender served with shredded potatoes and a vegetable. I was pleased to see that they offered Yards beer, which is a Philadelphia-brew and is delicious. They offer a fine variety of flatbreads, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, seafood and pasta for a reasonable price. I will definitely go again.

The Colonial Theatre

The 658-seat Colonial Theatre is located in the heart of downtown Phoenixville, Pennsylvania at 227 Bridge Street. Opened in 1903, the Colonial is the last surviving of four theatres once existing in the borough and is the only theatre of its kind in Chester County. In its early days, the Colonial was home to live stage shows, vaudeville acts and musicals including appearances by Harry Houdini and Mary Pickford. Real movie buffs know that the Colonial was featured in the 1958 science fiction classic, "The Blob," starring Steve McQueen and filmed in and around Phoenixville. The theatre is owned and operated by the Association for the Colonial Theatre (ACT), a nonprofit corporation, which re-opened the theatre in 1999. The Colonial's programming includes art and independent films seven nights a week, classic films, cult & horror films, programs for young audiences, live concerts, and community events. ACT is committed to the full restoration of the Colonial as a cultural arts center.

Manderach Memorial Playground

Reviewed By netherholt - SE PA

Wish I had photos - the most elaborate playground I've ever seen. Unusually warm yesterday for a February afternoon (62 degrees) and there were LOTS of folks there, so I imagine that in the spring/summer/fall the playground is busy. The place seems designed for kids 5-12. Benches within the playground area for parents/grandparents to sit upon and watch, but there's so much activity that with younger children (4-7) I think parents will want to directly supervise them (meaning follow them as they dart from thing to thing). Saw several adults walking and jogging along the trail or walking their dogs. We intend to return with a picnic, the boy's small bikes, and quiet activities like workbooks/coloring for breaks inbetween all that playground activity. There were things to do that I've never seen before. Enormous enclosed slides, big swings, climbing nets. We could see softball fields too so at times this area must be very busy.

This small place of worship is famous for its stained glass window depicting George Washington at prayer.

A place of quiet reflection that blends religion with patriotism. You can pray and think about those who sacrificed much to birth this country. Much to look at and think about.
