What an amazing place! "It was wonderful and joyful", that's what our kids said after a few hour activities at the place. Luckily we could visit the place in the spring time. We started our tour with tapping the birch and maple trees, soon after we had our first tree sap in our champagne flutes that were given by the genuinely pleasant host. Later on we could experience syrup extraction from the maple sap, more like being in a VIP vapour sauna to be honest. At the end our our mesmerizing tour we had a chance to taste all different sorts of syrups, sparkling drinks and some fine cookies. At the end the kids were happy to walk away with their personally bottled maple sap, but us with some fine drinks and dandelion syrup. A place definitely to visit and appreciate!
