Ocean Eight

Beautiful cellar door nestled in established gardens. Ocean Eight grows and makes small batches of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir that are hard to buy anywhere else.

We were extremely surprised at the setting and location, which was only 25 minutes from home. Beautiful and scenic views, we were lucky to find an empty table near the pond. The cellar door has outstanding service and the wines are just perfect for any occasion, but on a sunny day the rose will be our go to bottle. The delicious BBQ food accompanying the wines were in collaboration with Bia Hoi Bar and chef Jerry Mai is at the helm!

What an amazing stay! The farm studio completely exceeded expectations, including a bathroom which delivers in every way. A freestanding bathtub night enough to comfortably fit 2 adults, talk about luxury. Breakfast provisions were plentiful and top quality. Beautiful sour dough bread, local berries, home made spread and honey plus plenty of coffee and tea. The standard of hospitality was amazing and I never felt like I needed more. The views were absolutely beautiful from the room! Take a walk around the farm, we found a pony, beautiful monuments to family members and rows of apple/pear trees. Beautifully secluded but still only a short drive to anything you would need. An a incredible stay and would highly recommend!

What a "gem" of a location on Tucks Road. Manton's Creek Estate is definable by its exquisite location and outstanding wines. The Restaurant is fine cuisine at a great price with exquisite views from the any angle towards the vines and gardens. The staff at the Cellar door (Cass) is outstanding with a good knowledge of wines and estate. Must visit again. Thanks

This cozy restaurant has left the best impression. Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wide wine list and wonderful ambience . I recommend what we ordered which was the Japanese chicken which was tasty the spring rolls which were probably a little on the generous side . The beef or fish for main and the panna cotta was probably the best I’ve had in years ! Hats off to the team here it is a great experience dining here .

This is a great place to take the kids. The Gnome & fairy hunt keeps the kids amused for hours. The cafe has a great range of food, whether its just for a snack or for a meal. If you love your gardens, this is a must go to. The gardens are amazing. The only suggestion I would have is to the a seat for the parents to sit on while the kids play on the play equipment.
