Excellent opportunity to relax Saulkrasti paintball club "Busas", without seasonal limitations. Paintball center located the intersection A1 and P6 road. In paintball center we have two paintball fields which we can make in 4 fields. Also we have recreational places, fire place, grill, shelters and only 15 minutes from the sea where you can fun after active games.

It was my first time paintballing, when we went for an end of summer staff party for my workplace. The staff were friendly, though didn’t speak great English so as the sole non-Latvian speaker my friends had to translate for me. They were helpful and friendly though. The paintball courses themselves are the fun part. They have several different arenas available, with games ranging from capturing the tower to a standard team-versus-team. We were treated to around 12 or so games over a few hours, and the games lasted typically five to ten minutes each. For afterwards, there’s also a bonfire/barbecue area onsite that we made use of, as well as the adjacent sauna, staying there until late evening. For an action-packed day trip from Riga, it’s highly recommended; if you have your own transport, there’s also many landmarks to stop off at en route.

I loved it! There is a very nice view to the sea and the river which joins the sea. On the dune is a wooden walkway with branches and viewing points. The beach is very clean. This place is away from the city so it’s not crowded. Good place to rest and enjoy the sun!

Honestly, i think this beach is better than the one in Jurmala: not that many people, much space, untouched nature, clean air, many wooden benches, cafes and shops are in walking distance. Recommend!
